A dedicated programme designed to help men aged 30-60 improve their fitness, strength, and overall well-being. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to get back into a routine, this programme is tailored to meet you where you're at.

What is the programme?

Our 10-week plan offers structured one-hour sessions each week, combining practical workouts with valuable advice on health and nutrition. The programme is designed to help you:

Who is it For?

This programme is ideal for men aged 30-60 who currently have fallen away or are looking to get into exercise  and are looking to:

  • Reintroduce fitness into their lives

  • Improve strength, mobility, and overall health

  • Develop healthier eating and lifestyle habits

No prior experience is needed — the sessions are designed to be inclusive, scalable, and achievable for all abilities.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

  • A structured warm-up to improve mobility and reduce injury risk

  • Progressive strength exercises using bodyweight, kettlebells, and other equipment

  • Conditioning workouts to improve cardio fitness and stamina

  • Practical nutrition advice to support your fitness journey
