Our Menopause Classes are designed to help peri- and post-menopausal women build strength, boost energy, and regain confidence in a supportive, fun, and non-judgemental environment.

Strength Training for Women – Using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to build lean muscle, improve bone density, and support long-term health.
Functional Fitness – Exercises that make everyday life easier, from lifting and carrying to balance and mobility.
Mobility & Core Work – Gentle, targeted movements to support joint health, posture, and pelvic floor function.
