Who is it For?

Strong for Life is for adults aged 60+ who want to stay strong, steady, and independent as they get older. It’s ideal for people who may feel less confident with exercise, are returning to activity after a break, want to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, or simply want to move better in everyday life.

You don’t need to be fit to start — the programme is supportive, progressive, and designed to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, confidence, and resilience safely.
