Our expert coaches deliver structured workouts combining strength, conditioning, and functional training to build real-world strength and endurance. We emphasise proper warm-ups, mobility, and ongoing support in a friendly, goal-driven environment.

Using proven methods that improve movement, reduce injury risk, and maximise progress, our programmes suit all levels—from beginners to experienced athletes. Every session is purposeful, challenging, and never repetitive.

Lee Appleby
Co-Founder & Head Coach

Hi I’m Lee, My approach to coaching is all about making strength training accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience level. I love working with people, helping them grow stronger, and see the results of their hard work.

I’m committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable challenging themselves while staying safe and focused on proper technique. For me, it’s all about helping people progress at their own pace and supporting them every step of the way. I can’t wait to work with you and help you reach your fitness goals!.

Co-Founder & Coach

Hi, I’m Fraser, Strength training has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m passionate about the outdoors and ensure that my training enables me to function in everything I do outside the gym! From kayaking to climbing mountains, trail runs to long distance treks. Fitness should be accessible to everyone, and should enable us to live long, strong lives. No matter what age we start!

I believe in fostering a friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels motivated and confident to push their limits. I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey!
